Intro to AcroYoga Clinic with Liz and Tom

AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community. Come with a partner or get paired up with a new friend. The workshop will progress through partner assisted stretches, inversions, and an intro to Acroyoga. Easy-to-follow instructions will contribute to a safe environment for your exploration of the different roles of Acro: flyer, base, and spotter.

Everyone is welcome! No partner needed to enroll and workshop is appropriate for yoga students at every level of practice. No AcroYoga experience required. Investment: $30 pp. No refunds after 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
