The film plays across multiple screens throughout the brewery—no seats, no silence, no rules. Walk, sip, mingle, and catch two killer indie horror shorts. No theater. No rows. Just beer, chaos, and horror energy.

By attending A Nightmare on Elm Street (“the Event”) hosted by Night Frights LA, all participants, attendees, vendors, staff, filmmakers, and volunteers (“Attendees”) acknowledge:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
By entering the Event, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and waive claims against Night Frights LA, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, vendors, partners, and venue (including Atlantucky Brewing) for injury, illness (including COVID-19), loss, or damage.

RELEASE:
Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:
In case of injury or emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment as deemed necessary, understanding organizers assume no responsibility for costs or outcomes.
