Our third biennial conference, Untangling Our Roots Summit — March 19–22, 2026, in Atlanta, GA at the Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center. Our third summit to unite the adoption, assisted reproduction, and NPE communities into one amplified voice; advance awareness and education; seek truth and healing; and foster connections and understanding. We have 3+ days of jam-packed events including live entertainment, musicals, movies, 50+ speakers, and time to meet new people, connect with friends and professionals, and engage with authors and podcasters.
The year our theme is Who’s Family? Honoring the Past, Embracing the Future
We’re kicking things off Thursday night with a comedy-meets-community Open Mic hosted by Lauren LoGiudice — featuring performances from our own community alongside a hilarious comedy throwdown. Registration opens at 4pm, event starts at 6pm.
Friday morning, the incredible Leslie Pate Mackinnon, LCSW opens the Summit as our keynote speaker, setting the stage for a powerful weekend of connection, learning, and growth. Our emcee, Nicole Price, will keep the energy high all weekend long!

Friday night, we’ll screen Zara Phillips’ "Somebody’s Daughter" and Saturday brings a keynote panel featuring:

✨ Bryan Post – adoptee
Saturday we'll screen "One Big Happy Family" and Sunday closes with a speaker session, followed by the actress and producer Lisa Brenner’s keynote and our closing ceremony. We'll end at noon.
This year also features:
- A Genealogy Track with DNAngels and special guest Blaine T. Bettinger
- A Therapist Track with continuing education credits
