Into Stillness: Sunday Sound Bath in Brighton & Hove
Step out of the noise of the week and into a slower, quieter space.
This 60-minute sound bath in Brighton & Hove uses Tibetan singing bowls and gentle gong to invite the body into a more restful state — something like the moments just before sleep, or the stillness found in meditation.
There is nothing you need to do. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and let the sound move around you.
Everyone responds differently. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others notice thoughts begin to settle, and occasionally emotions or physical sensations may arise — all of which is completely normal. There is no right way to experience a sound bath.
This Sunday sound bath is suitable for complete beginners and anyone curious about sound healing.
What to expect:
- A short guided arrival and breathing practice
- A 30–40 minute sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls
- Time for stillness and integration at the end
What to bring: Everything you need will be provided, including mats, blankets and bolsters.
You're very welcome to bring:
- An eye pillow or eye mask
- A foam pad and/or pillow for extra comfort
- The more comfortable you are, the easier it is to settle in
Important: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to get settled. Late entry may not be possible once the session has begun.
Held weekly on Sunday afternoons at 7Temples, Third Avenue, Hove — a quiet sound healing space just off Hove seafront.
