About this Event
Los Angeles is not just a city — it’s dozens of worlds colliding, co-existing, and transforming each other.
This isn’t a typical tour. Intersections of Identity is a 90-minute walking experience through Downtown LA, led by a native Angelino educator with deep roots in identity, community, and the stories this city holds in its streets and storefronts.
We’ll move through neighborhoods that shaped — and were shaped by — identity, culture, and belonging. Along the way, you’ll taste, see, and feel what it means to live in one of the most diverse cities in the world.
What Makes This Tour Different
Your guide isn’t just knowledgeable — they have lived, researched, and taught this city as a living classroom! Expect personal stories and candid conversations about how identity, race, history, and community have shaped the city of Los Angeles. You'll get your questions answered as well.
This experience was built on a foundation of authenticity, community, and connection — a living classroom!
