About this Event

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” speaks directly to the lived experience of Black female educators — women who give endlessly, lead with excellence, and hold so much, yet rarely receive the space, support, or restoration they deserve.

On Friday 6th March 2026, we’re creating that space.

The International Women’s Day Leadership & Wellbeing CPD Event is an intimate, high‑impact experience designed exclusively for Black women working in education. This is a day to gain clarity, confidence, community, and care.

A day to be poured into.

A day to breathe.

A day to rise.

Who This Event Is For

This event is designed for Black women who work in education, including:

  • Teachers
  • Middle leaders
  • Senior leaders
  • Support staff
  • Early career educators
  • Pastoral and safeguarding leads
  • MAT and LA professionals

If you lead, support, nurture, or influence young people — this space is for you.
