About this Event
This event is an intentional afternoon to reconnect with yourself, for yourself.
Join us for a heart-warming Women’s Day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and celebrate your femininity in a safe, supportive space.
This intimate workshop blends self-love, emotional awareness, and embodiment practices, followed by a somatic dance journey to help you release tension, express yourself freely, and feel more alive in your body. (Be ready to discover yourself from a diffrent angle ;).
The event will begin with a gentle, reflective workshop led by Patrycja, focused on self-love, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. This will be followed by a somatic dance session led by Paulina, guiding you through intuitive movement designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and present in your body.
No dance experience is needed. This is not about performance, it’s about feeling.
What to expect:
- A welcoming, inclusive space for women
- Guided self-love & reflection practices such as journaling and meditation
- A somatic dance experience to reconnect with your body
- Time to slow down, feel seen, and be fully yourself
As part of the experience, all attendees will receive beautiful goody bags with gifts from conscious, wellbeing-focused brands, thoughtfully curated to support self-care beyond the event.
This workshop is for you if you’re craving:
- A deeper connection with yourself
- A break from “doing” and a return to feeling
- More presence, softness, and joy in your body
- A meaningful way to celebrate Women’s Day
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling more connected, grounded, and inspired.
