Join Nuala, our resident yoga instructor, for an early-morning Hatha-based flow in the calm surroundings of the Thermal Spa. This 60-minute session centres on movement and breath, building strength, balance and mind–body awareness while gently energising the senses.The class begins with longer holds and deep stretches, emphasising control and strength over momentum. As the flow develops, mindful transitions gradually build heat in the body, challenging stability and focus while encouraging a steady, grounded rhythm. You’ll leave feeling calm, re-energised and balanced for the day ahead.
Important information
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in and maintain a calm atmosphere.
Pre-booking: Advance booking is essential. Yoga mats are provided.
Late arrivals: Late entry isn’t permitted, to avoid disruption to the group.
Booking details: Once booked, you’ll receive a link to complete your registration. Your details will be shared with Nuala ahead of the session.
Pre- and postnatal: Welcome. Please let Nuala know at the start of the class so she can offer appropriate guidance.
