International Women’s Day Celebration: Empowered Flow + Community Hour

Celebrate International Women’s Day in a space created to honor the strength, softness, and evolution of women.

This special gathering begins with an Empowered Flow, an energizing, heart-opening yoga class designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and fully present in your body. Through intentional movement, breath, and music, we’ll build heat, cultivate awareness, and reconnect to our inner power.

The experience is set to a thoughtfully curated playlist featuring female artists only, amplifying voices of empowerment, expression, and authenticity. Each moment is designed to support both personal reflection and collective energy in the room.

Community Hour + Connection Experience

After the flow, guests are invited to stay for a Women’s Social Hour — a warm, welcoming space to unwind, connect, and build meaningful community.

As part of this experience, we’ll share a special interactive offering:

“Letters to Women” Connection Wall

Guests will be invited to write an anonymous note in response to the prompt:
“To the woman who needs to hear this today…”

Each message will be added to a shared wall of encouragement, creating a collective expression of support, truth, and love. Before leaving, every guest will be invited to take a message home — receiving a reminder that she is seen, supported, and not alone.

This gathering is an opportunity to honor the woman you are today and the girl you once were.
