This women’s empowerment workshop goes deeper than confidence tips or beauty standards. We’ll explore how early relationships and life experiences shape the way we see ourselves — our inner voice, body image, worth, and how we show up in the world.

Through guided reflection, art, journaling, and discussion, you’ll gain insight into why you see yourself the way you do — and begin building a more compassionate, grounded self-perception from the inside out.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself.

Info: So many women struggle with self-perception — feeling not enough, too much, too flawed, or never quite measuring up. But these feelings don’t come from nowhere.


In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how self-image is shaped long before we ever look in a mirror. Using attachment theory and a therapeutic lens, we’ll look at how early family messages, emotional experiences, and relationship patterns influence the way we view our bodies, our worth, and our place in the world.
