About this Event

Join BIPC Lewisham International Women’s Day event supporting female founders develop and grow as part of our quarterly Women in business forum. This celebration event will bring together female founders with a growth mindset for two workshops, panel discussion and networking opportunities.

Workshops presented by Rhiannon Okoye a clinical hypnotherapist, performance coach, and founder working at the intersection of psychology, nervous system regulation, and sustainable success for women. She specialises in supporting female founders, leaders, and entrepreneurs to build capacity, confidence, and businesses that grow without burnout.

Rhiannon’s work bridges inner capacity with practical business application. Her approach is evidence-informed and centred for women navigating visibility, leadership, and entrepreneurship designed for modern working realities.

Rhiannon’s experience delivering workshops, talks, and programmes for community organisations, corporates, and public-sector partners, supports women to build confidence, clarity, and sustainable pathways into self-employment and enterprise.
