We’d love to invite you to join us in London on Saturday 14th March as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a special Holland & Barrett event dedicated to women’s health, in collaboration with Revive Collagen and Health & Her.
This year’s theme, “Your Spring Re-Awaken: Balance, Build & Grow,” is all about supporting the shift from winter fatigue to renewed energy and vitality — celebrating health, confidence and beauty from within.
🌿 What to Expect
11:00 – 12:00 | Expert-Led Panel Discussion
An empowering and educational conversation focused on breaking stigmas around women’s health and encouraging open dialogue across all life stages. Panelists will include Lina, H&B Director of Women's Health, Nutritionists and representatives from Revice Collagen and Health & Her.
Together, they’ll explore how prioritising movement, nutrition, education and support enables women to build strength, resilience and long-term wellbeing.
14:30 – 15:30 | Exclusive Pilates Class
A chance to reset, recharge and reconnect through a private session designed for women, and as a part of this session, attendees will recieve a goodie bag
This event is designed to spark open, inclusive conversations, empower women through expert-led education, and celebrate strength, health and confidence at every life stage. We hope you can make it!
