What if your body was never the problem?
This International Women’s Day, join us for a powerful and intimate afternoon designed to help you rethink everything you’ve been taught about your body.
For so many women, body image quietly shapes our confidence, our choices, and how much pleasure we allow ourselves to experience.
We’re changing that.
Rewriting Your Body Image Story is a 3-hour gathering where we explore how to move from self-criticism to self-trust and reconnect with the simple joy of living in our bodies.
This isn’t about loving how you look.
It’s about reclaiming how you feel.
The Experience
Part 1: Led by Body Confidence Coach Tallulah Bamford
Thought Provoking Body Image Talk (includes audience Q&A).
Guided Reflection (a grounding session inviting you to begin consciously rewriting the story)
Part 2: Led by writer and actress, Kate Crisp.
Poetry Workshop (rewriting your body image story)
This guided writing session offers a safe, creative space to let your body speak. No writing experience needed.
You’ll explore what your body has carried, what it deserves, and what you’re ready to say differently.
