Join Rebuild Health x LBS 4 Peace CIC on a tour of three of East London's amazing green spaces!
Celebrate International Women’s Day with a joyful, women-only wellbeing walk through some of East London’s most scenic green spaces. This uplifting walk is all about movement, connection, and taking time for yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you come to meet new people, enjoy nature, or simply start your weekend feeling good, you are warmly invited!
We’ll begin our journey at Leyton Jubilee Park, meeting in front of KukooLaLa Café, before walking together through the wide open landscapes of Hackney Marshes. From there, we’ll continue into the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, finishing outside Sadler’s Wells Theatre. The route is beautiful and scenic, offering riverside views, open green spaces, and a calm, refreshing atmosphere. The walk will be led at a gentle, inclusive pace, with opportunities to chat, reflect, or simply enjoy the surroundings.

Finish point: : Sadler’s Wells Theatre, Stratford
What to expect:
- A friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- A 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minute walk at an average walking pace (No one will be left behind)
- The route that is full of scenic spots
- Women only (18+)
- Please wear comfy footwear and comfortable clothing
- Please bring water with you on the walk

Rebuild Health is a not-for-profit aimed at getting the black community moving their way. We understand the long term health impacts for this community and are working to change this by supporting the community to move!

Lbs 4 Peace CIC is a not-for-profit organisation that advocates for the holistic health of ethnic minority women, mainly from Black African and Caribbean backgrounds. We promote a wellness approach that considers the whole person, including their physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. We achieve this by curating events and initiatives, underpinned by cultural intelligence to remove barriers and empower our community members, to embed accessible self-care practices into their day-to-day living; building a healthy foundation so we can flourish and thrive!

If you do not wish to appear in such films or photographs, then you should notify us prior to the event via email ([email protected]), or in person at the event registration in which case we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that you do not appear in such films or photographs.
Remember all money from ticket sales goes back into supporting the community to get more active.
