About this Event
International day of Yoga
- Sunday, June21st, 9 am
- Fred Fletcher park
A Yoga Mala is a traditional practice of completing 108 Sun Salutations — a moving meditation that builds heat, rhythm, and presence. The number 108 holds deep significance in yoga and many spiritual traditions, representing wholeness and the connection between the self and the universe.
As you flow through each salutation, you'll have the opportunity to set intentions, cultivate gratitude, and reconnect with what matters most to you — all while honoring the longest day of the year alongside a global community of yogis.
Whether you complete all 108 or go at your own pace, this is an open and welcoming practice for all levels.
