Men's Krav Maga Course

Our Men's Krav Maga course will help you build confidence, improve decision-making conflict management abilities, and empower individuals in their day to day life. This will give men an opportunity to focus on the recognition of aggressive behavior, along with the negative repercussions and the role men play in reducing violence and aggression. This course features concepts and techniques from Krav Maga. You will be learning long, close-quarters, proper stances, striking, kicking, as well as an introduction to ground defense. The class also elaborates on the basics by application in counters to attacks including punches, kicks, pushes, wrist grabs, chokes, and ground defense. No cost to attend this course.
