About this Event
This class is part of our Internal Family Healing & Archetypal Exploration Series, which explores the core archetypes of Mother, Father, and Child.
In this experiential group, we will explore the archetype of the Father as a pathway to healing and self-understanding. Through guided meditation, creative art-making, and group reflection, participants will connect with these core inner figures and uncover how they shape identity, relationships, and patterns of care. The process offers a safe space to re-imagine and repair early dynamics, while inviting greater balance, compassion, and integration within the self. No prior art or meditation experience is necessary, just an openness to explore and grow.
