Internal Communications and Engagement Live 2026 is coming back! Join us on Wednesday 8 July 2026 for another ground-breaking conference!About this Event
ICE Live returns to London on Wednesday 8 July 2026
Effective internal communication remains the cornerstone of resilient, high-performing organisations. As challenges continue to evolve — from hybrid working and employee retention to shifting workplace culture and digital transformation — getting internal communications right has never been more critical.
Following the success of the 2025 conference, Internal Communications and Engagement Live will return in 2026 with another ground-breaking, practical and insight-driven programme. This essential one-day event will once again bring together internal communications professionals to explore real-world strategies, share award-winning case studies from this year’s gold winners, and uncover ideas driving measurable impact across organisations.
Get access to the conversations that matter
Employee engagement no longer follows the old rulebook. Emerging technologies and evolving employee expectations are challenging traditional frameworks, while influence now flows through a broader ecosystem of AI tools, social platforms and dynamic organisational structures.
ICE Live 2026 brings these worlds together — conventional and experimental — to explore who is shaping the next phase of internal communications. Through panels, roundtables and expert-led discussions, the event will unpack the trends shaping engagement, the innovations influencing culture and the strategies redefining internal communications.
The agenda is coming together behind the scenes — and the first half of the programme is now live, featuring excellent sessions tackling the most crucial topics in internal communications. Check out the first half now.
