Hermina Zoe is a Community & Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator with an MSc in Sociology, blending cognitive behavioral techniques, emotional literacy, and agile leadership with a deeply empathetic, empowering approach. Known for her work with brands like Gymshark, Spotify, and communities such as The Craft Club, Hermina’s facilitation style is rooted in creativity and a passion for human connection, inspired by her background in theater. She leads each session with warmth and insight, creating experiences that inspire and support participants in finding their new beginnings.
