About this Event
During this personal and professional development training, we will investigate 8 dimensions of wellbeing (cognitive, emotional, occupational, social, spiritual, financial, environmental, and physical). Participants will create a plan to integrate the 8 dimensions of wellbeing into a committed action plan for both personal and professional use. Mindfulness-based activities will be explored.
· Integrate the 8 dimensions of wellbeing into everyday routines.
· Practice routines-based mindfulness.
· Create a values-based action plan to incorporate at least one dimension of wellbeing into everyday routines.
