If you’ve ever wondered how chefs make such perfect – and delicious – omelets, join us for a virtual cooking demonstration on Monday, February 3,2025@ 3:30 pm. ICE Chef-Instructor Joshua Resnick will show you how to make this benchmark of French culinary cuisine.

You’ll also hear how you can get more of this comprehensive training in foundational culinary skills and techniques — from the comfort of your home — through ICE’s Online - Culinary Arts & Food Operations diploma program. You'll also have the chance to get answers to all your questions about the admissions and the financial aid process.
