About this Event
The Southern Responses Project is proud to announce the launch of the Special Issue of the Journal of Humanitarian Affairs. This Special Issue is part of the multi-year ‘Southern Responses to Displacement’ research project, which will officially conclude in April 2025.
In place of an end-of-project conference, we will host a series of de-centered hybrid roundtable conversations on Southern Responses to Displacement. One of these roundtables will serve as both the launch event for our Special Issue and an opportunity for us to collectively reflect on the broader topic of Southern responses to displacement in a global context.
Event Format
This online event will bring together colleagues from around the world for a multicultural conversation. In a conversational format, we’ll explore key questions relating to the project’s broader research agenda. Details regarding translation services will be shared early next week.
