About this Event
You know you should be posting. But then you pick up your phone, stare at your work, and think is this even worth sharing? What do I even say?
So you put it down. And another week goes by.
This workshop is here to break that cycle.
In one practical, hands-on session, you'll learn exactly how to turn your everyday making into content that feels natural, looks good, and actually connects with people - using nothing more than your phone and the work you're already doing.
You'll leave with ideas, a solid understanding of what content works on Instagram and the practical experience in the session of filming and editing your own reel.
"It really works - the reel I posted last night has 3,262 views!"
"Really helpful and enjoyable - just the right level of detail if you don't understand the detail of social media."
What you'll learn
- What's working on Instagram right now — and how to use it without chasing trends
- A content plan that works for makers and artists: process shots, satisfying moments, finished pieces, and everything in between
- How to turn your everyday making into a bank of repeatable content ideas
- How to film simple, watchable videos using just your phone
- How to edit them into short posts that look great without hours of fiddling
- How to write captions that are clear, natural, and easy
- How to build a posting rhythm you can actually stick to
What you'll leave with
- A clear, simple system for turning your work into content - again and again
- A list of content ideas you can come back to whenever you're stuck
- A post filmed, edited, and ready to share before you even get home
- The confidence to show up consistently without it taking over your life
Who it's for
Anyone who makes things and wants to undertstand how Instagram works and what content to post. i
Suitable for all makers - whether you're a professional artist, a hobbyist, or somewhere in between.

Since October 2025, I’ve grown my own ceramics content to over 20 million views, building an engaged audience and generating real commissions through Instagram.
I combine industry experience with what’s working right now to teach practical, realistic ways to use Instagram as an artist or maker.
