Blending soulful vocals, cinematic strings, and tasteful piano grooves, the acoustic Aya Trio offers a fresh take on modern music - reimagined through a warm, jazzy lens.Aizhan Soltanova is a professionally trained singer, classical pianist, choral conductor, and organist. She brings together the precision of classical technique with emotional depth and musical intuition, creating performances that are both expressive and refined.
Nathan Pezzotti, a classically trained pianist based in Queens, moves fluidly between classical, pop, and rock styles. His intuitive playing brings a vibrant yet grounded energy to the group. Outside of music, he works as an engineer and enjoys building things - both musical and mechanical.Gioia Gedicks is known for her vibrant performance style and engaging musicality. A classically trained violinist, she brings a wealth of experience across genres and settings - including solo, chamber, orchestral, musical theater (pit and onstage), dance, improvisation (pop, country, jazz), contemporary works, studio sessions, and teaching. Most recently, she was the fiddle player on the North American Tour of Come From Away.
Together, they create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and soulful - perfect for intimate venues, cocktail hours, and spaces where live music becomes part of the experience.
