Dr. Vivienne Heyhoe
Founder, Wellspring | Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA)
Dr. Vivienne Heyhoe is a doctor turned entrepreneur and financier who has built her career at the intersection of care and capital. She co-founded and successfully exited a multimillion-pound health and wellness business, gaining first-hand insight into the emotional and financial realities of scaling and selling a company.
Her experience spans medicine, award-winning business design, and asset and wealth management at JP Morgan, giving her a rare ability to bridge human insight with financial strategy. Today, through Wellspring, Vivienne partners with late-stage founders and small business owners to prepare for and execute exits that protect wealth, wellbeing, and legacy.
Passionate about empowering women founders, Vivienne views exits as part of an equity strategy, a route to long-term freedom, not just a finish line. She believes the most valuable businesses sustain both people and purpose, and works with entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors to make that balance real.
