As your life force energy rises it moves through your system clearing your chakras, clearing and purifying any trauma, stuck emotion, shadow material, blockages and dense energy…
This can manifest as movements, crying, screaming and cartharic emotional releasing
She also combines life force energy with body work acupressure which is a Chinese medicine system where you activate certain points in the body to release stuck emotion so the energy through the pathways in the body can flow as it should without resistance
Combining these powerful modalities is incredible for the body unwinding trauma patterns in the body and stagnant emotion leading to a healthy mind body and soul

We will open the space with a beautiful guided embodiment practise and anchor your intentions into your heart space
Yasmin will then guide you through the life force activation
Yasmin will then guide you through a heart opening cacao and meditation to guide you into the heart so that you can leave the session connected to the divine love that resides within you

Yasmin Rose is a fully trained life force energy Activation Facillitator who was trained by Jax Energetics (Rebecca Jax)
besides Yasmins passion for energy work she also specialises in Somatic therapies, Womb Healing, tantric healing arts, shamanic healing and shadow work coaching
