Inner Child Healing Circle

Come join us for a fun and interactive Inner Child Workshop. This in-person event will provide a safe space for you to explore and connect with your inner child.

Location: Milton Lee Olive Park.

Activities: Breathwork, Guided Meditation, Journaling and Art therapy

All materials will be provided but bring the headphones and something to sit on like a blanket or a yoga matt.

Important:

• Bring your headphones (you will need them for the meditation part) and a blanket to sit on.

If the weather is not nice, cold and rainy, I will change to location indoors. Be on the lookout for the emails.
