Whether you're a seasoned poet or beginner, this workshop offers a fresh approach to poetry and aims to get you writing things you wouldn’t normally write.

🫂 A warm, judgment-free space facilitated and held by a psychotherapist

The workshop will be facilitated by Anna Sinski - published poet, spoken word artist, psychotherapist and Mind over Matter Director. Although our workshops are not therapy, we believe in the therapeutic value of this workshop. Writing, sharing, reading and listening to poetry can all be incredibly therapeutic especially in a safe space.
