Join us at the launch event for 'Every' Run Community x Coach Ben focused on one of the most important (and often overlooked) parts of training: staying injury-free.
Registartion starts 8:45 am and at 9:00 am we kick things off with a 30-minute injury prevention routine led by Coach Ben, RRCA running & fitness coach. The session will target key areas like glutes, hips, core, and calves, combining activation, strength, and mobility exercises that help improve stability, running form, and long-term performance.
After building a strong foundation, we will head out for a 30-minute group run, putting the work into practice with a focus on controlled, mindful movement.
The energy is supportive, intentional, and community-driven, bringing together people who care not just about running more, but running smarter. Designed for EVERY pace and EVERY runner.
