The INDIEMODE Filmmaker Info Session is an in-person opportunity to learn more about MODEx Studio’s monthly indie film series and how filmmakers can participate. Hear directly from the INDIEMODE team as we break down the vision, format, and submission process behind the series.
INDIEMODE is built to make short films feel like an event. Selected films are showcased on MODEx Studio’s massive 60' x 13' curved video wall, paired with filmmaker moments and live audience engagement.

- Short films only
- $35 submission fee
- All submissions are accepted via FilmFreeway
This session will cover what we’re looking for, how selections are made, key deadlines, and what to expect if your film is chosen. This is not an audition and not a screening. It’s a clear, open walkthrough of the opportunity, plus time for Q&A.
If you’re interested in submitting a short film and want to understand the platform before you apply, you should be in the room.
