Online Family Constellation Workshop

Systemic Family Constellation, after Bert Hellinger is a powerful therapeutic process that reveals hidden family dynamics, generational trauma and ancestral patterns influencing our lives today. Unresolved grief, unspoken trauma, and unconscious loyalties can be carried across generations, shaping our relationships, emotional wellbeing, and life direction. This experiential group process brings these dynamics into awareness, allowing movement toward healing, resolution, and inner peace.

The work unfolds through what is often called the Knowing Field — an intelligent, unseen field of awareness that reveals what is ready to be seen and integrated. Participants may act as representatives for family members or elements within a system. Through sensations, movement, and emotional resonance, deeper truths emerge beyond analysis, helping restore balance, belonging, and flow.

About the Workshop

This is an open Family Constellation workshop, meaning constellations arise organically from the issues participants bring. The field guides what is ready to unfold.

What Can Family Constellations Help With?

Family and Systemic Constellations can support exploration of:

Relationship and family challenges
Repeating life or emotional patterns
Grief, loss, or unresolved trauma
Anxiety, depression, anger, addiction
Physical or psychosomatic symptoms
Work, financial, or organisational issues

Each constellation offers insight not only for the constellation holder, but for everyone present.

The workshop is suitable for:

People wishing to explore personal, relational, emotional life issues
Those wanting to try a new approach, familiar with one-to-one therapy and open to group work
Participants who wish to attend as representatives/resources to support the process and gain their personal insights through participation

There will be space for 2 issue holders / constellations during the session.

Even if you are not opening a constellation, participating as a representative or witness brings insight and personal shifts as well.

Origins of the Work

Family and Systemic Constellations were developed by Bert Hellinger in the early 1990s, drawing on family systems therapy and systemic observation. The method explores how hidden dynamics across generations can affect present-day experiences, and how acknowledging all members of a system can restore strength, wisdom, and life force.

Family Constellation work can be emotionally intense. Please join only if you feel able to care for yourself and seek additional support if required.
