About this Event
You are in for a real treat! In this intimate and exclusive culinary experience, you will learn how to use simple recipes to create both soft and crunchy flatbreads for either dipping into a sauce or more elaborate combinations. Chef Monte will guide you through three simple but inspired sauces that compliment each bread. You will be building on fresh flavors including blended fava beans, Greek feta, English peas and sautéed broccoli rabi with baby spinach and greek yogurt. Paired with a glass of red wine - pure Mediterranean heaven!!!
For the best experience, please make one reservation on behalf of everyone in your party. No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Guest requirement
Guests are invited to BYOB - one bottle of wine per pair. Guests are also welcome to bring their own aprons to class, otherwise chef’s aprons will be provided. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
