About this Event
Join us for a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on rebuilding strength, improving posture, and reconnecting with your body—all while keeping your little one close.
Led by a certified Pilates instructor and preschool teacher with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, this class is designed with both caregivers and young children in mind. While the primary focus is on your workout, we’ll incorporate simple, thoughtful ways to keep babies and toddlers engaged throughout class.
What to Bring:
• A yoga/Pilates mat (required)
• A baby carrier (recommended, especially for younger babies)
• Toys, a blanket, or anything that helps your child stay happy
Your baby may cry or fuss, and that's okay.
If you would like to get some pre-class wiggles out, Swings and Wings has drop-in play starting at 10, and you are welcome to sign up for that separately with a reduced rate of $13 if you are taking the class!.,
