About this Event
This in-person breathwork ceremony is guided using Clarity Breathwork, a gentle, conscious breathing practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.
Through continuous, circular breathing and guided presence, participants are invited to safely unwind stress, reconnect with inner clarity, and restore a sense of calm and coherence.
Each session is invitational rather than forceful and is guided with care, choice, and respect for the body’s natural pace. No prior breathwork experience is required.
This experience is suitable for both first-time and experienced breathwork participants. Facilitated by Kristin Adams of Satori Minds Breathwork. Advance registration is required. Walk-ins will not be admitted.
