ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Edwina Ibbotson milinery brings a unique passion to her craftsmanship; each
piece is handmade and created with the individual client in mind. In order to
preserve the bespoke design, machines are not used, hats are hand stitched
with the upmost care, making her one of the top British couture milliners.
Her style ranges from classic to elaborate fashion designs. Although the most
important part of a hat to Edwina, is the silhouette. She loves feminine lines
and creates hats that are beautiful from all angles.
Edwina studied millinery in London, New York and Paris and has been
designing and producing bespoke headpieces for almost 30 years. 25 being
for EIM, frequently collaborating with both British and International fashion
designers.
Working from her studio on Queenstown Road in Battersea, her work is often
showcased in high end editorial publications.

Drawing Cabaret Couture (DCC) is an independent production company & studio based in East London.
Founded by Matthew Lawrence (Artist & Set Designer) and Janet Mayer (movement director, model & professional dancer), DCC has worked on a wide variety of exclusive projects and events. Including high-profile fashion campaigns, elaborate film & photography concepts - and everything in between.
Although we’ve worked in many exclusive events, we strongly believe that high fashion and art should be for everyone. On Eventbrite, we open up this world to everyone, by running affordable, weekly, life drawing classes. Every event is inspired by our experience working in the fashion industry and London’s glamorous nightlife scene, and we always feature work from London’s most exciting and radical designers.
