In Full Bloom is a gentle, grounding morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect — with your body, the earth, and the quiet joy of being present.Held on a working flower farm at the height of the season, this experience weaves together yoga, meditation, and mindful wandering through the gardens, ending with time to gather blooms of your own. Just as the flowers open in their own time, you’re invited to meet yourself exactly where you are — without rushing, fixing, or striving.
We’ll begin the morning in community, sharing hot tea and a welcoming circle before moving into a nourishing yoga practice surrounded by flowers. From there, we’ll transition into a guided walking meditation through the flower gardens, inviting stillness, curiosity, and connection with the land. The experience concludes with you-pick flowers — an opportunity to carry the practice with you in a tangible, living way 💐
