IN FLOW: A Wellness Pop-Up Experience

Join us for a relaxed outdoor wellness event in Fairmount Park. The morning will center around a guided mat Pilates session, followed by time to explore pop-up vendors and connect with others in the space.

All levels are welcome. This is a beginner-friendly class focused on movement, reset, and ease.

Event details:Mat Pilates session begins promptly at 12:00 PM. Please arrive early to check in and get settled.Bring your own mat. A limited number of mats will be available for rent.Complimentary water will be provided.

We will be set up in the open field area—look for the check-in setup upon arrival.
