Inspired by the real-life health journey of the co-writer and actor, Brandon Lewis. ImPossible follows the character on his journey with type 2 diabetes and obesity, as he forms an unlikely friendship that helps him to conquer his demons, prove his worth and capture his dreams.
Stars include Brandon, JoMarie Payton (as seen on Family Matters), Greg Daniel (as seen on Insecure) and Sherri Shepherd.

In DC alone, approximately 24.3% of adults have obesity and 7.8% have diabetes. Diabetes is also associated with an increased risk of certain types of cancers and doubles the risk of heart disease or stroke.
Too often, where someone is born and lives affects their ability to lead a healthy life. Those in Black and Hispanic/Latino communities are more than 50% more likely to be diagnosed with diabetes compared to non-Hispanic whites, and American Indians/Alaskan Natives are twice as likely.
The Collaboration for Equitable Health, powered by Bank of America, brings together the ADA, American Heart Association® and American Cancer Society®. By meeting people where they are, it aims to improve health outcomes in communities of color, specially focusing on diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer.
