About this Event
Leave the city noise behind and join us for a morning of nature immersion. We’re heading to the beautiful Wenallt to explore its ancient oak trees, and tune into the sounds of the forest - a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset.
What to expect:
- A Mindful Pace: A gentle, guided walk through the forest.
- Deep Listening: We often use microphones and tech to listen to the sounds of nature from plants to trees, water and insects.
- Simple Grounding: Short guided meditation designed to help you de-stress and reconnect.
- Good Company: A friendly, relaxed environment for anyone looking to spend time in nature. All ages and abilities welcome.
Information:
- Cost: Free (please book as spaces are limited).
- Meeting Point: We will meet at the Wenallt Car Park (off Wenallt Road/Rhiwbina Hill) at 9:50 AM for a 10:00 AM start.
- What to bring: Please wear appropriate footwear, as the paths can be uneven and occasionally muddy. Bring water and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Accessibility: The Wenallt has some steep and moderate gradients. The walk will be taken at a gentle pace with plenty of stops, but please be mindful of the terrain.
