About this Event

Rise to the challenge at our Hyrox Ready event. Sharpen your skills across our Hyrox simulation, whether you're getting yourself ready for the official London Hyrox, or simply want to test your limits.

Race solo or team up in doubles to tackle the ultimate course on an unforgettable day of fitness, fun and community.

After you have completed the race, we invite you to recover, refuel and connect with your fellow Hyrox community. With brand partners such as Prime Time Beer and NOCCO.

What to expect on the day:

Please arrive at Battersea Track 30 minutes before your start time to allow time to warm up, stretch and check out the race layout. All attendees will receive a Third Space x Hyrox top

The Race:

As a guide, most competitors complete Hyrox Race in an average time of 1hr 30 mins. The race will be made up of the following:

• 900m run to start with and a 900m run between each station

• 1000m SkiErg

• DB Front Squat

• KB Deadlift

• 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

• 1km Row

• 200m Farmers Carry

• 100m Sandbag Lunges

• Wall Balls (100 reps)

If competing in doubles, each of the functional stations will be split between you and your partner.

Tickets:

Female Tickets have an AM wave time (10am - 1.30pm) and Male and Mixed tickets have a PM wave time (12pm - 4.30pm). You will be emailed one week before the event date with your specific start time.

Please ensure you select the correct ticket category, i.e. a female pair ticket requires two female members, a male pair ticket requires two male members and a mixed ticket requires a male and a female. Upon booking you must provide details of each pair competing.

No refunds available, all ticket sales go to the Magic Breakfast Charity.

This event is not an official HYROX race and is run by Third Space London.
All attendees will need to sign waiver before attending
This event is not for Third Space staff.
Filming and Photography will be taking place, if you do not wish to be included, please speak to a Member of Staff
Third Space will make a call 7 days before the event date if there is adverse weather on if the event will go ahead
