Unlike standard HYROX where every run is 1km, today we mix it up. Distances go long, short, medium, repeat — forcing you to constantly recalibrate pace.
The goal?
👉 Run at race pace no matter the distance
👉 Learn how your body feels at HYROX intensity
👉 No jogging just because it’s “only” 200m… and no panic just because it’s 1000m
This is about discipline on tired legs.
