Set within the lush serenity of the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, this intimate HypnoExpression immersion is a multi-sensory journey blending hypnotherapy meditation, creative expression, somatic movement, and nature connection—designed to awaken empowerment, unity, and collective strength.
This is a sacred space to gather as sisters—to be seen, supported, and uplifted.

Begin with a heart-opening hypnotherapy meditation designed to reconnect you to your inner strength and the shared wisdom of sisterhood.
You will:
• Release comparison and reclaim your authentic power
• Activate confidence, resilience, and inner safety
• Feel the strength of collective feminine energy
Surrounded by nature, you’ll soften into connection—with yourself and with one another.

Through guided art therapy, you will translate empowerment into symbolic form.
You will:
• Express your unique voice through color and intuitive creation
• Reflect on the strength you carry and the light you share
• Create a visual anchor representing sisterhood and solidarity
No artistic experience is needed—this is about authenticity, not perfection.

Through gentle, intuitive movement inspired by rhythm and breath, you’ll embody confidence and unity.
You will:
• Release stored tension and step into embodied strength

• Feel the power of women moving together in harmony
Movement becomes the celebration of collective light.

Close your journey in community connection and nature reflection.
You will:
• Share intentions and reflections in a supportive circle
• Anchor empowerment into your nervous system
• Walk the gardens in mindful integration
The garden becomes a living symbol of what happens when women gather—we bloom together.
