• Three Community Spotlight sessions (5 minutes each)

This event is brought to you by Karen and Louise, two women deeply committed to connection, community and helping others rise.

Karen Farrell is a Speaking Mentor and founder of Speaker Ready. She helps women step into their voice, own the room and communicate with power, clarity and heart. With a blend of expertise and warmth, Karen supports women to speak with confidence and to be truly heard.

Louise Adolphsen is a Personal Branding Photographer and founder of The Brand Yourself Collective. She supports women to grow through visibility, connection and community, helping them show up with confidence both online and in real life. Louise believes deeply that women thrive when they feel supported, seen and surrounded by genuine relationships.

Together, Karen and Louise are creating a networking experience that feels real, warm and powerful. A space where women can connect as humans first and let business unfold naturally.

Nina de Sausmarez is a confidence coach, inspirational speaker, unapologetic dog lover and certified kitchen raver. She is on a mission to help women release self-doubt, stop playing small and show up with the bold, magnetic confidence they have always had inside them.

Known for her fiery energy, real-talk approach and ability to make people feel instantly braver, Nina empowers women to step into their power and own their brilliance unapologetically.

In this energising 20-minute session, Nina shows women in business how to set intentions and goals that reflect their boldest and most authentic self.

• A sense of clarity about what they truly want and where to focus their energy using the 4 C’s framework
• Practical confidence tools and small actionable steps to take aligned action in the year ahead
• Momentum and self-trust, leaving the session feeling empowered, grounded and ready to step boldly into 2026

This session is fun, sassy and practical. It gives participants inspiration and simple tools to start their Badass Era with confidence.

Each month, three attendees will have the chance to take the stage for a short, supportive 5-minute share.
