Human Centred Learning Design (5di) Accreditation Programme
Hi! Thanks for finding your way here! Many organisations - big and small - have shifted to Human Centered Learning design approaches in the last couple of decades. They are using the tried & tested tools and techniques that make up the 5Di© model to make a measurable difference to experience & performance in their organisations. I am the chap who invented 5Di© (as published in How People Learn) and have run dozens of workshops for organisations wanting to upskill their learning & development teams.
I have been asked by many people for an open access programme, and about accreditation, and so in 2024 I have decided to offer a one-day workshop leading to a 5Di© accreditation for the first time. Spaces will be limited, location will be central London and in-person. The programme will be hands-on and you will leave with practical skills in the following areas, as well as an official 5Di© that you can add to your profile on LinkedIn. We will cover:
- the shift from education to learning design
- real life examples of organisations who have done this
- dealing with stakholders and challenges to change
- mapping business outcomes and the ROI for programmes using the think/feel/do approach
- audience analysis, including facus groups, task/concern mapping & emotional curves
- discovery report writing and insight analysis
- running a design workshop using a CTRE matrix
- experience design vs performance support (resources)
- ideation techniques
- user journey mapping
- operationalising 5Di© at scale
5Di© is a model licenced under the creative commons 4.0 licence - meaning they are free to use it but not sell it. It is also supported by a wealth of free toolkits, templates and resources.
I hope to see you on the programme, and if you have any questions feel free to contact me on [email protected]
