About this Event

How women lead differently - with Lina Khayatt

Internal barriers such as self-doubt, imposter syndrome and perfectionism, can uniquely undermine women’s resilience and vibrancy in leadership, by reducing confidence, agency, and their willingness to take on new opportunities. These challenges can also lead to increased stress and burnout. However, research shows that women who acknowledge and actively address self-doubt, and lead with their values, develop stronger, more authentic leadership and greater resilience.

I believe that women lead differently through six key empowering strengths - identified through research and lived experience as a psychologist, leader in finance and executive coach. These approaches not only sustain women’s own vibrancy and wellbeing, but also uplift teams and organisations by fostering inclusive, energized, more profitable and purpose-aligned work cultures.

I look forward to going through these in some detail, and exchanging views and experiences on this topic with the LCN community.
