This workshop will be given by Lobsang Yeshema
We all experience moments of anger and frustration. These often come to compromise our mental and emotional well-being. In this workshop, we will discover meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy to better understand this anger and attachment to apply antidotes. We will train the mind with more methods and techniques of meditation to go through our hard situations.
