You’ll be welcomed at Pavona Bar by one of our hosts as people arrive. At 5pm, we’ll head downstairs to a private room where the session begins, led by our trainers on the evening’s topic. Group participation is encouraged, with some simple exercises to help you practice conversations in a relaxed, non-judgemental space. Around 6:30pm, we’ll head back upstairs—feel free to stay for a drink and socialise or head off, whatever suits you.Feel more socially confident in just one evening! A live experience for people who overthink, hesitate and want ease in conversations.
