An 8-Week Self-Guided Journey + One In-Person Sound Meditation
Starting February 27, 2026, begin a deeply personal journey that guides you toward the essence of your soul. How to Be a Yogi is a call to awaken the divine within and explore what it truly means to live in harmony with yourself and the universe.
This immersive 8-week self-guided series is created and led by Steven Holm, co-founder of Yoga Flow SF. With decades of devotion to meditation and yogic lifestyle, he offers practices on this sacred path to all who are ready to deepen their spiritual journey and reconnect with their true nature and pure essence.
The Journey: Weekly Themes
Each week builds on the last, guiding you through spiritual practices (Sadana) and reflections that illuminate your relationship with self, others, and the divine. Each week includes guided meditations and journaling prompts to help you recognize patterns, release blockages and step into your highest potential.
Live Sound Meditation and Closing Ceremony
To complete your journey in community and vibration, the program culminates in a powerful in-person Sound Meditation at Yoga Flow SF Ocean:
