After I have helped a school or college leaver get the job they really want, I ask them which bit of advice that I gave them was the most useful.

90% of them tell me it was showing them how to absolutely SMASH their interview.

I have spent 30 years helping young people get the job they really want or onto the university course they've been dreaming of. Remember..it's not the candidate with the best qualifications who is successful....it's the candidate who interviewed the best.

I have been there on countless times when a great, but unprepared candidate has lost out at interview, to someone who had much less experience, far fewer qualifications...but absolutely nailed the interview.
