Join Mango’s Sisterhood for an intimate 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you build real habits with your health and wellness goals, especially on the days you don’t feel like it.
What to expect:
✨ Practical Wellness Workshop: Mango will break down simple, realistic strategies to help you stay consistent with your health goals, and what to do when motivation disappears (because it will). Think habits and mindset shifts you can actually stick to.
✨ Stress-Relieving Movement Session: We will all enjoy a gentle, beginner-friendly full body yoga session designed to release tension and reconnect you to your body. Think: yoga-inspired movement, great music, soft energy, and good vibes.
✨ Woman-to-Woman Connection Time: Back by popular demand, and with more time this round. Open, honest conversations in a safe space with like-minded women. Come as you are.
✨ Snacks & Refreshments: Light, nourishing bites and drinks to keep you feeling good throughout.
Most women came alone last time, so if you’re thinking about it, come solo. You’ll be more than fine, you’ll be welcomed.
